Poor quality bike despite the high-quality look

The bike is very slow and difficult to ride. I will have to buy another bike, this one is not good for committing in the city. Additionally, the manual to assemble is not specific to the model.

First bike was lost in transit somehow

First bike was lost in transit somehow. Terrible customer service. I had to write a bad review for someone to respond to me. They sent another and the second one arrived damaged. Again, terrible customer service. Still don’t have the replacement fender 2 weeks later with no shipping info.

My order came with a defective wheel

My order came with a defective wheel. 7 weeks later, still no replacement wheel. Have been unable to use my bike at all. Communication with company is slow, painfully slow and not responsive to actual issues.

Improving customer service…

Giving more attention to detail in shipping what the customer orders. I ordered 2 bikes, 1 teal and 1 flat black. I received 2 flat black bikes. We opened both bikes at the same time before we realized we had 2 the same color. We ask for a correction. Sixthreezero expected us to repackage the bike with destroyed boxes. We agreed to keep the bike if you provided a discount. You offered $125.00. This was less than it would have cost you to ship the replacement. I am really happy with your bikes and would order again without hesitation. Improved customer service would have gained you a completely happy customer.

Defective LCD display

The speedometer on my ebike would not work after purchasing a new LCD display. I exhausted every troubleshooting technique I knew and watched all the videos on You Tube to no avail. The tech on the Sixthreezero forum suggested my new LCD display was defective and after replacing it with one from Sixthreezero the speedometer worked perfectly. The tech was very knowledgeable a patient.

Be very wary of the kickstand.

I bought an Ev'ry Journey for my wife and me a few years ago. The bikes have been, on average, fine, with one significant exception: the kickstand on my bike. The designers apparently wanted the bike to stand absolutely vertical, with no "lean" to the kickstand side. The problem is that the bike constantly wants to fall over to the non-kickstand side. If I barely nudge it, or brush it, or a breeze comes along, it will fall over. Many a time I parked it outside a store and came out to find it fallen over. I keep it in a storage shed and as I move around in the shed and brush against it, however slightly, it falls over, with maddening frequency. I emailed the company and got the response, with no apology or admitting that this was a problem, that I take the bike to a welder and have the kickstand bent a bit, to effectively shorten it, which will cause the bike to lean to the left a bit, and make it less likely to fall. The bike otherwise has been fine. But that kickstand problem, as maddening and frustratingly frequent as it has been, makes it hard to recommend unless you're willing to take the bike to a welder and have it modified.

I love my bike!

It’s very comfortable and fit my height. I got what I was looking for. I love that you have life time warranty. 3 speeds is not too easy and not to hard when get up on the hill. Give me a very good exercise. Thank you for making my dream comes true. I ride my bike every morning now to get some fresh air.

Bike parts arrived scratched and…

Bike parts arrived scratched and damaged, and the wheels came completely deflated and imbalanced/wobbly. The assembly instructions did not correspond to the actual bike parts I received, and the parts themselves were poorly designed and hard to put together. I've barely ridden my bike for a month and the bike chain/gears are already rattling. 0/10 would not recommend AT ALL.
