I've been riding around on my rickshaw for about 6 months, now. I really enjoy it. My kid is really comfortable on the backseat. The storage area is big enough for my emergency kit and gear. I'm 5-foot(ish) and overweight. But, I'm still able to comfortably reach the pedals. The motor on the front wheel is powerful, and assist mode makes it easy to get the bike going and cruising at a comfortable speed. The battery easily lasts more than 10miles on a single charge (I haven't gone further than that). Sometimes, the battery doesn't line up properly. And, that prevents the bike from turning on. Also, the bike chain has a tendency to slip when changing into the smaller gears. I wish there was a way to put a lock on the storage basket. And, I would like if there was a clock on the motor screen.

My ebike was within 3 days of going off warranty when I called sixthreezero. There was no run around and they immediately shipped a part to resolve the issue.

Since day 1 of communication with Cora, Anne, Mary, Dustin and Jeff has been top notch. Thank you to Cora for setting up the first appointment with Dustin to test the trikes. We returned again with Jeff assisting us. When husband is ready to look at bikes we will definitely contact Sixthreezero.

I purchased two cruisers from sixthreezero. Each bike arrived on time and took less then an hour to assemble. The assembly videos were extremely helpful. Unfortunately one of the bikes developed a clicking noise. I contacted customer service and they couldn't be more attentive and helpful in addressing the issue. I am happy to report that the bike is fixed with no cost to me. My experience was extremely positive and the customer service was outstanding to work with.

I had been checking out their rickshaw bike for a few weeks and finally took the plunge and bought one. We absolutely LOVE it. I feel like a kid when riding it. We get compliments and questions wherever we go. It's made picking up and dropping off the kids from school so much more enjoyable. I highly recommend it.

Customer service has been extraordinary! I have had numerous conversations with Marry and Cora regarding delivery info and questions about new e-Trike. Each individual responded quickly with exact info I needed. They are immediately available and couldn’t have been more helpful. The trike arrived on time and in perfect condition. I love my two-wheel e trike. With my old two-wheeled bicycle I suffered balance problems, but I will be able to ride my two-wheel e trike for the rest of my life. It was easy to assemble and adjust the seat height and the handlebars. Great bike! I would buy another.

I ordered an electric trike and received it in a timely fashion. The parcel was well packed without damage to any part. After trial period, I found due to neurological problems I could not maneuver it. I was kindly assisted by Nadine. We returned the trike and I was awarded a full refund. Wonderful company to work with and all transactions were in a timely manner. Just sorry I could not keep the trike and use it.
