Amazing bike! Arrived timely, packed very well in a flat box, was medium easy to self assemble (I'm not a pro, so it took me a little while, but I did it all by myself which speaks to the ease of construction). The bike rides soooooo well - love it a lot!

I honestly wish I could give zero. I was initially really excited about this bike. It was my first real purchase for me, but my excitement quickly faded with all the issues. Firstly I ordered several things the bike, helmet, bag, bell, seat and water bottle. The water bottle came with a huge dent on the bottom and every time I asked for a new one they would recommend I keep the dented one and get a partial refund. I finally asked for a refund and asked where to send the bottle and they asked me to donate it. Still not the resolution I hoped for. Next my bikes inner tube for the front tire was popped. So that took a couple weeks to get in. The brakes didn’t seem super intuitive and were just plane hard to figure out. We did partially but a bike shop was able to help more. I will note even the bike shop couldn’t fully keep the pads from shaving the white part of the wheel. The front metal fender also always mid-ride starts hitting the tire and you have to tap it so that it stops grinding it. I was riding out my first time and the brakes started auto working. This was pretty scary since I was a couple miles from home and the bike out of no where started brake checking me. I took the bike to another shop and they said the bar holding the front wheel was stripped and the bearings were blown. They said it looked like a factory issues since it’s impossible for it to happen on a new bike. Got that fixed and was riding again up a sight incline (again a couple miles from the house) when a gear broke. This happened so randomly and it really could have had a damaging ending for me. I was thrown forward from the bike and slide to my stop. The gear no longer works and makes a really loud sound when you click to it. I have reached out to customer support countless times to rectify the issue and they are not the most helpful. I found on the six three zero website the ability to get a refund within a year of purchase. Apparently that is a lie so beware. At this point I feel like this bike is eventually going to cause me serious bodily harm. I have only ever ridden it on streets but I don’t even feel like that is safe anymore.

"Check engine" icon hours after it came outta the box. Electric throttle doesn't work. Took it to a bike shop, they said that "sixthreezero" makes "good looking bikes that don't work". Should have done more research before I spent so much money.

Great Cruiser Bike
I was gifted this bike a year ago, and it is still in excellent condition and has been a great way for me to get exercise. The person who purchased this bike for me is a life-long bike rider and did a lot of research into finding me the top-tier women's cruiser. I attest to the opinion of many, that this bike is a breeze to ride (however was a learning curve for me with the reverse-pedal braking system!) I recommend this bike for those who want a casual and smooth ride around the neighborhood!!

BUYER BEWARE!!!
BUYER BEWARE!!!! This brand new bike left me stranded on the side of the road. My Sixthreezero Bicycle Co. bike was charged 24 hours. The battery was full and it just died on me from Deadwood to Lead. I literally just got this bike. The battery had a full charge, the screen, before it died, indicated a full charge. I had to find someone to come get me and the bike! It was hot, a very bust road and up hill. There's no assembly instructions, no operating instructions. I was told "just watch the videos" but those aren't really complete. I was also told via email (2 inquiries because they never responded to my first) the basket came with the bike. It wasn't included. When I called, they said I had to purchase it separately. Obviously this company has poor response times. I've called, DMd, emailed, posted to Facebook and nothing. No response. I guess the holiday weekend is more important.

An absolute nightmare
I cannot emphasize enough how bad of an experience we've had with this company. On August 8th 2024 we purchased an e-bike, which arrived on August 10th. The box was missing assembly instructions (and they weren't available online for our specific model), parts were poorly packaged, and other parts were damaged (a critical screw was stripped which made it impossible for us to attach the front wheel). We decided to request a return the next day, based on all of these issues. It took over a week for the request to be approved, and in the meantime, representatives were slow to respond to our emails and almost never responded to phone calls. Our refund request was finally approved on August 19th, and we were explicitly told that we would receive an email from SixThreeZero as soon as the bike made it back to their warehouse (it also says this on the returns website). We were also told that after arriving at their warehouse, a refund would take 7-10 business days to process. The bike made it back to them on August 21st. It is now August 29th, we have called them repeatedly and sent several emails and they still haven't confirmed receipt of the bike. This was an expensive purchase for us, they are holding our money hostage and refusing to communicate with us. They sent us a bike with broken parts and NO ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS, which poses a legitimate safety risk. And we are just trying to make sure that we receive our refund by September 9th, which is 10 business days after August 21st. We shouldn't have to send emails and leave voice messages every day, just for them to confirm what the FedEx tracking info says (and again, to be clear, even the returns website states that they would email us as soon as the bike arrives back to their warehouse). From the moment the bike arrived to us, dealing with this company has been an absolute nightmare. Stay far away from them. They send out defective products, and they provide some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced.

I Love my EVRYjourney 7 speed steel, my second sixthreezero bike. Unfortunately thieves recently got both front and rear wheels, leaving me bikeless, angry, and depressed. Having stewed on this too long I reached out hoping to rebuild.The response was so quick and heartfelt I was blown away. Emil went above and beyond to get me riding again and restoring my faith in humanity. Thank-you so much for your spirit of community and for all the rides to come.
