I was up and riding just a few days after ordering. Everything was packaged well and assembly was easy. Rides great! I'm new to beach cruisers, but it's easy to ride and comfy.

Purchased an accessory for my simple step thru however it did not fit at all. I was able to get a complete refund.

The purchase was quick and easy. Free delivery was a major factor. Assembly was easy, but I could only have done it with the dozens of YouTube videos -- another major factor in making the purchase. Also, 630 stands behind their product. A reflector was damaged in delivery, and they replaced it for free.

It's a great bike, exactly fits my needs; transportation, exercise, comfortable. Have more of bike assembled. All you should have to do is install seat, pedals, handlebars.

I purchased three bikes for my family, and every bike had some small issue that I had to address. Maybe it was from the shipment… not sure.

Company needs to provide better customer service

I did my homework on purchasing my 1st e-bike at seventy yrs of age. Discovered the sixthreezero bike company. I took the questionnaire to find me the perfect bike. Wow the bike was tailored right to my needs. Next the bike came 85% assembled. It was so easy to put the rest of the bike together. To make brake and derailleur adjustments I will bring it to my bike shop because sixthreezero will reimburse me for the cost. Try to top that customer service anywhere!
