Love my sixthreezero bike!! It’s amazing! Put it together myself in a jiffy!! Shifts easily! Couldn’t be happier!!

Quality bicycle. It is large which is great for me at 5’10”, but may not work for someone who is very short. I wish they had sent a link to the YouTube video for assembly. I tried using the printed directions and was confused and frustrated. Once I found the video, it was easy.

I contacted customer service regarding a paint defect on the front fender. I got a real person (hi Marry!) who took care of me and shipped out a replacement fender. I'm happy with the quality of the bike and of their customer service.

“I feel like a kid again!” was my thought during my second ride on my New EVRJourney Woman’s 26 Step through hybrid Jade Straw 7-speed bicycle. My husband and I both have our own Harley Motorcycles yet I missed riding a bicycle around the neighborhood and when camping. Living in the Western Carolina Mountains makes it even more challenging. My new bicycle is just amazing. I pedal down hills and then use the throttle when going up slopes or big hills. At the age of 57, I feel like a kid again riding through the neighborhood with ease. My 70 year old husband was skeptical at first since riding in our area is so challenging. Now, he absolutely loves his new bicycle. We added rear view mirrors, saddle bags, and I have the cutest colorful wicker basket coming soon. I’m so happy because I am able to get outside and exercise but when I become to fatigue, I can push my trusty throttle to take over the ride. I was a little frustrated with the user manual but after speaking with the company, they are in the process of updating their newer bikes with the appropriate manual. I am in love with the quality and craftsmanship of these bicycles and highly recommend them. Our adult children are envious! We purchased an appropriate RV E-bike approved rack carrier from Swagman. It can carry two bikes up to 80 pounds each.

I placed an order for my sixthreezero bike on June 30th of 2023. I was very excited because I really love the look and specifications of sixthreezero bikes. Unfortunately when I received my order on July 8th I was missing two boxes which included tools, manual, and pedals. When I reached out my options were to wait until 7-15 days for the missing boxes or go to a local bike shop for pedals. I am very upset that this was the response. Depending on the delivery of these missing parts will determine if I choose to refer sixthreezero to my loved ones. I hope once I can actually ride my bike that I won't be disappointed. I really wanted to be riding my bike right now instead of writing this review.

I had previously had one of the BMX style E - Bikes, and It was a nice and secure bike. Gave it to my daughter to get one of these Step thru bikes. I do like the step thru feature but the the bike seems cheap. It rattles when you go over a bump, they sent me new brakes that I can install. The brakes on the rear are not great. So overall I expected the cruiser bike to be a really nice bike. It is ok but seems cheap.

I’m very happy with my new bike! It’s comfortable and rides well.

While having a product with a defect is never expected the response from the manufacture and their customer service group to the situation can sometimes be frustrating. From my personal experience sixthreezero and its customer support team (especially Marry) quickly responded and professionally addressed the problem to my complete satisfaction. Thanks to Marry and all of the support team members..

Great ebike….however emails never get answered….
