Set up directions were super simple (even links to video showing the few assembly steps), delivery was timely, communication was accurrate and provided through the process. There was even a follow up email to make sure everything went okay. Great service and an easy purchase experience from my end! The best part? My bike is everything I hoped for! The color is exactly what I expected, the bike rides smoothly, the ride is comfortable on my recovering joints and disabled body, and I'm able to zoom around town with a sense of freedom that I haven't had in ages. This bike has been an outstanding therapeutic tool for me, and a game changer for both physical and mental health. My only regret is that I didn't make the purchase sooner!

Great cruiser with great features my wife just loves it. My wife picked the color the gearing. She went with the 7speed because she didn't care for a coaster brake. Packaged very well and super easy assembly.

The bikes are simply cool. The ordering process was straightforward and I actually got to talk to real people and not a machine when trying to get a question answered. People to people make things great and even though 6+3+0=9, I'm giving them a 10.
