After asking for the right colored screws (black) for my fenders (which the wrong size was originally sent) at least 5 times now I still havent received them. It's been 6 months now. And the bike makes all kinds of noises while riding it. I do love the one year return policy because this bike will be going back.

Customer support is astounding. Contacted them once to change my shipping address, and got an almost immediate response, then a second time to see if they could send me a different color bike and again I got an almost immediate response. They even canceled the one that was already about to ship with UPS in order to bring it back and send me the new color that I selected, when they could have made me receive the bike send it back and get a new color just very professional and responsive.

This is the second bike I’ve bought here. It is so comfortable riding. I lost 70 lbs easily without it ever feeling like hard work or effort. The bike just glides smoothly. Great purchase!

Biking hasn’t been fun for me since I was a kid. I have bad knees and the seats are always so uncomfortable. This bike is AWESOME! It’s ergonomically designed to be easy on the knees. The seat and handles are ultra cushioned and super comfortable. It’s lightweight so it’s easy to maneuver and tow. I love that it’s designed so you’re sitting straight up when riding, which is more comfortable and lets you see everything on your ride. And the colors are SO CUTE. Highly recommend, worth the $.
