I asked a question to their customer service and got a response during a week-end. Overall browsing experience was easy and the choice of bike was easy as well.

Your rep was great when I was asking about purchases and extra things you were offering but I'll be damed, since I bought my trike I haven't been able to get any response to any of my inquiries ... none!

They made it easy for me to the unopened trike. I finally found a bike shop about 50 miles from my home where I could “test ride a trike. I was NOT comfortable on it. I am 4’10”. It felt like too much bike. I had been riding a very lightweight Georgena Terry bike. I also could not figure out a way to transport it on beautiful trails away from my neighborhood.

This company truly stands behind its promises. I was unable to keep the electric trike because of some balance issues that I personally have, and they fulfilled every promise they made. They paid the shipping going back and reimbursed my account fully.

I've dealt with Cora twice now, once for each of the two bikes I've purchased. She/Sixthreezero have been polite, quick to respond, and more than fair in resolving my concerns. Their philosophy is that they want the customer to be happy with the fit and feel of their new bike, and they have demonstrated (at least to me) that they mean it. They have an excellent product, and they want the customer to be comfortable with the bikes. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Overall a great bike, although a little heavier than I’d hoped and I’m still a bit too short for it despite taking their quiz. Very happy with the customer service received and happy to have a great bike.

Customer Service is terrible. It takes weeks to hear from anyone. The quality and construction are poor. the fenders are so flimsy that they rub on the tire causing an acciden while trying to fix it. It has been a real hassle trying to get help with this. I really want to love the E-Trike, the color is beautiful it is a fun ride. When the bike is delivered it is not 85% put together

I really like that the company is working with me to return the E Trike I got; however it’s been a hassle to locate an appropriate box for return. I like how they are paying for return shipping also. I am disappointed in the Trike because it doesn’t feel sturdy and safe.
