I love this bike, bought it after my bike got stolen. I put a basket on the back and use it for my neighborhood and NJ beach commutes, great find!

Super happy with my bike after a year and a half. No battery issues at all. This thing hauls.

My biggest concern is that I am 75yrs old with prosthetic knees and hips. Falling off the trike could be disastrous for me. My physical therapist and orthopedist have been very positive and supportive in believing that my balance will adjust to riding an adult trike. There has been a learning curve for me that wasn’t there for my husband. He just got on and rode off with the biggest smile on his face. I spent many years with a ten speed as my only mode of transportation so it isn’t a matter of bike riding skill set. I am writing this in hopes that it will be helpful and encouraging for other seniors that have prosthetic joints and balance issues. Thank you Teamsixthreezero for making my awesome trike!

Bike was exactly as advertised. Excellent quality and value. Easy assembly.

I should have listened when the bike shop that helped me put it together said it was garbage! So expensive, didn’t come with all the parts it needs, the wheel popped after two months, the seat is large but uncomfortable, the wheels rub against the metal, and it creaks so much after less than a year! The people at the bike shop say they’ve seen these models and they never hold up. DO NOT BUY THEIR BIKES!

During assembly, I couldn't get the other side of the fender "brace" to attach on the frame, because it didn't line up. I noticed it was because the sides where different lengths, mentioned it to customer serivce, and they offered to send a new one. With the new one they sent, the rear fender was now too close to the wheel, and rubbed very hard on the tire. I requested an entire replacement, even offered to ship the bike back myself, and they said no. The screws for adjusting the brakes were also very cheap and stripped immediately. I still have the bike, and whenever the temps flucuate, the metal moves and the scraping on the wheel comes back. Extremely annoying, and overall wish I had gotten my bike somewhere else. Only giving 2 stars, because when I can get it to stop scraping, it does ride well and is very comfortable.

I had a great experience with sixthreezero! Apart from receiving a great bike that fits my needs well and works great for daily trips, I also had a solid experience with the online shop. I found the quiz system where you input your needs and are suggested bikes to be very helpful and it made the process of purchasing a new bike a breeze. Additionally, I had a good experience with the customer service who helped answer my questions about their products when I was deciding what to buy.

Great bike at great value. Assembly was a little challenging- took an hour with the provided tools, but it was manageable with the provided instructions. Great customer service.

Ordered the tricycle since I am a senior thought it may be a easier ride. My husband put the bicycle together, wasn’t too hard, but the instructions could have been a little more detailed. But, I know I am going to love my new ride, the neighbors are excited as well.

I'm very pleased with Sixthreezero's Bike Bag Rear Rack!! I highly recommend it! I ride a lot of miles and to have everything at my fingertips and easily accessible is truly a game changer! Couldn't be anymore pleased!
