Sixthreezero has great customer service. They helped me with a fix when my brakes were squeaky. And now they don't squeak at all anymore. I love purple and was excited to see when they offered a bike in plum color. I ride my plum cruiser with ease now. It's a smooth ride around the block.

I have not received my new electric trike because I just ordered it yesterday, but I am giving this company and Emil 5 stars for the assistance they were able to give me over the phone and the reassurances that my satisfaction is their primary concern!!! Customer Service is something that seems to be really lacking with so many companies....but, NOT THIS ONE!!!!!

My new sixthreezero AroundtheBlock 500W ebike is the best! It arrived quickly and in perfect condition. Assembly was a breeze, so I was riding within about 30 minutes. Now my wife and I can ride ours together along the river, to the store or to our fave food trucks and breweries with ease and style getting compliments along the way. The bikes are super solid, and the 500W motor is powerful enough to tackle our steep streets. Thanks to the good folks at sixthreezero for designing and building these affordable rides!

The Sixthreezero bikes are not only awesome to ride they are a work of art. We frequently get comments about how beautiful the bikes are and asking who made them. The bikes are great as is their customer support. Everything about this organization and their bikes are exceptional.

I love how many options this bicycle has. It checked all the boxes of what I wanted: single speed, pedal braking, and a great color. I set it up out-of-the-box with ease and was riding within 30 min. of opening it, and it feels very sturdy and well-built. I use the bike to cruise around a lake close to my house and it's a very smooth ride. This bike is a great value for the money and has completely exceeded my expectations.

I bought the sixthreezero Body Ease 26 Inch 7-Speed Adult Tricycle. After assembly I noticed a slight tic tic tic sound coming from the rear end assembly. I contacted 630 about it and they were no help identifying the issue. I decided not to return the trike thinking if it got worse I could take it to a bike shop for adjustment. Wrong decision. The sound became worse and I have taken it to two different shops. Both shops told me it is a defective rear axle assembly. I was told by both that the rear axle assembly is a 630 proprietary part. I would have to get it from 630. So I contacted 630 to get the part and was told, "Sorry. We don't have it." So now I am stuck with a bunch of 630 scrap metal that cost over $800. I tell everyone I know who is looking at bikes or trikes to avoid 630. All they do is import Chinese bikes/trikes and they will leave you stranded if you need a major part.

Now I don’t walk, but ride with a buzz on my new bike and I’m glad that I found such a service

Great bike with lots of power. Riding 15 to twenty miles with hills is no problem with lots of battery left.
