I needed a bike to just cruise around the neighborhood and to be able to take to the beach. This bike was easily assembled and rides very comfortably. The wide seat is easy on your backside during longer rides and the 7 speed gears also makes the bike easy to ride over terrain and slopes. Very pleased with this product

I have had a wonderful experience commuting to college and other places with this bike. The assembly and the overall build of the bicycle has been great! The only criticism I have is the bicycle seat that I have makes a squeaking noise but overall I would recommend this company to the people I know.

I just received my Sixthreezero Evryjourney 26" Step-through aluminum bicycle and I love it! Assemby was easier than expected. I stopped riding a 10 speed bicycle several years ago due to lower back issues. I decided to try this cruiser style bicycle. The larger more supportive seat and the design of the bike allows me to sit upright without any stress to my lower back. This bicycle is truly the most comfortable I've ridden and it looks great too!

The installation of this bike was easy. It only took my husband less than an hour to put it together following the installation instruction. The ride was extremely smooth and comfortable. These bikes were so popular at the time when I bought it, but I was glad I was able to get one. The customer service is really awesome. Highly recommend.

I purchased a bike for myself in June, and it arrived missing an important part. I emailed customer service, and they assured me it would be shipped. Nothing arrived. I used the customer service chat to inquire about it. Oh, they forgot, but they assured me it would be shipped. I got an order confirmation saying it was being shipped. Still nothing has arrived. It's been nearly two months now, and this useless pile of parts is still sitting here. I'm disappointed and angry at this point. These bikes are not cheap. I was going to buy one each for my daughter and son as well, but now I'm glad I held off until we tried this one. Editing 9/15 to update: After yet another attempt to contact them in which I simply asked how I could begin the refund process, they finally shipped out the missing part. They completely ignored my request to return the bike for a refund, but at least they sent the part, I guess. Since I seem to be stuck with the bike, I took it to a local bike shop for assembly. I do have to commend them on the prompt refund of the assembly fee as promised on their website. Nutshell: It really is a great looking bike. It's too bad their customer service failed me so many times, or I'd probably love the darn thing. I'm still a little salty over the whole ordeal, so I've yet to ride it except a tiny loop around the drive when I brought it home from assembly. It rides nice, but it's heavy as heck to finagle up and down -- just thought I'd mention that in case anyone is thinking of hauling it up and down any amount of stairs.
