I purchased this bike after many years of not riding at all, primarily due to not being comfortable using them, or being seen on one; but knowing I had to do something to simply start moving again, and get my health on track. Many of the changes that occurred in that time focused on flexibility and achy joints; so My use case for what I needed to get back in the saddle had changed, and I needed a bike that would accommodate those new needs. I was initially drawn to the EVRYjourney for the architectural features that would make the activity easier on my knees and hips, which this one does do! I also got the added bonus of cool retro styles, and to finally find a place where women's bikes didn't all come in white and pink!! (Nothing specifically wrong with white or pink, just that I have trouble enough keeping other colors clean, let alone the lighter ones :) ) The Navy Blue color Absolutely sold me; and I loved that I was actually able to complete the assembly myself on its arrival - the packaging was significant and perfectly protective of the contents, and the online videos and how-tos were excellent references for reviewing the tricker parts, such as fine-tuning the brake cables and gears; a game-changer for those such as myself who are not extremely mechanically inclined. The info also saved a significant amount of money and logistical trouble trying to get it to a bike shop for that work to be done. Since acquiring, I'm finding that I actually look forward to getting out to ride for once! Also having fun sourcing accessories to ensure a safe ride and have some utility; never thought I'd be interested in streamers again at my age, but why not?? Now I just have to figure out how to put them on, but I'm confident I'll get there. (Hopefully the picture of her in 'Airshow Camp' mode is attached here :) ) If I had to do anything over, I would have gone for the 21-speed version rather than the 7-speed that I purchased (seems that all of the 21-speed versions were sold out for an extended period) . The reason for that is not a matter of speed, but being able to navigate inclines when I come across them, even on smoothly paved trails - the 'range of effort' on a 7 speed is much narrower than a 21-speed, if that makes sense; and those inclines that my husband's 21-speed can achieve pretty easily by pedaling 'easier' in lower gears, I have a much harder time getting through even on my lowest of 7 gears. So I'd add that caveat; but otherwise, I'm having fun getting back into riding after nearly 30 years away! Looking forward to getting utility through the fall here, and going on new adventures.

I love my Sixthreezero bike. It is beautiful and comfortable to ride. I get compliments everywhere I go. It's the best bike I've ever had. I got the three speed and it is perfect. Might get the ebike later. I got the blue one and men love it as much as women do!!!

I needed a bicycle that was comfortable without needing to lean forward as someone that is 6’1. The parts were shipped securely and assembly was fairly straight forward thanks to both the printed manual and online video, except for some weak screws provided. The ride has been smooth and the 7-gear speeds have been acceptable! The colour, leather materials, and frame really make it—sixthreezero delivered. You will catch eyes with this design!

My bike came with 2 warped wheels. After a few back and forth emails, I was told to get them fix at local shop and that sixthreezero would reimburse. I just sent them the info and feel pretty confident that they will hold to their promise. Overall happy with their willingness to help.

This companies customer service is second to none. They are fast, efficient, cautious, and knowledgeable. I initially purchased my e-bike from Six Three Zero because of the 90 day love it guarantee however their customer service has pulled me right in. In fact, we just ordered an e bike for my husband.

We had a great experience purchasing from their website. We bought at the height of the pandemic when bike were out of stock pretty much everywhere. We got our bike roughly 2 weeks after ordering. The bike is well built, fairly easy to assemble (patience required), and looks fantastic. We will definitely be using them any future bike needs and also reccomend them to anyone looking.
