Fantastic easy to deal with

Not a lot of information on the website as to how the process works. For a first timer it would have been helpful to have more information on the process involved.

The explanation of the service is not detailed enough and there is no opportunity at the end to decline a loan. We didn't understand the service and had to consult the real estate agent of clarification. If we wanted to pay later for the marketing, we had no choice but to accept the service. Now it goes on our credit rating without us wanting to take out a loan.

Photos taken and still a week later they have not arrived at the real estate agent. We feel this is poor service. Digital photos are easy to send.
