Do not appreciate being sent a contract via text or having to download an app to be able complete contract - seems very lazy way to do business to me. No confidence when had to contact agent because my husband’s names were spelt incorrectly. In regard to the actual company I think it is a helpful option rather than paying for all the various accounts upfront. My beef is with the procedure.
