U think that your in charge I gave authority how I wanted to pay put because of your and I repeat your processes and procedures you think u can hold up sales of houses until we cave in to your demands. And have the audacity to charge hundred of dollars more to pay at completion of contract. I’ve bought and sold 9 properties over the last 30years And I’ve signed a contract with real estate for the commission that is paid on completion of sale. Why would u think anyone would pay u upfront when u have not proven your value. U need to work for your money once u prove your value then u get paid. But this bullshit about if I don’t pay upfront we will penalise u with extra charges. Real estates are better of getting rid of this sort of third party crap and go back to contacts that once the real estate agent has fulfilled he contractual agreement they get paid what was ageed. Thx for this opportunity to express my opinion.

They tried to illegally access my wife's credit report, after we sold a property. We have NO interest in wanting credit with them. WTF are they doing trying to start a credit account with them? FLICK OFF, YOU CLINTS!

I have now sent 2 emails regarding what l received in the mail but no one has bothered to answer my emails. I shall not be purchasing anything from you business again.
