I have not received my parcel of shampoo and conditioner. The money was taken out of my bank account on 10th March 2025. It is now 21st of March. If you cannot resend the items please send me a refund. I have contacted the delivery company Evri and they said to contact you for either the items or a refund. The goods have evidently got lost in transit.

Delivery was on time and well packaged.
