Excellent choice of homes and easy to use and book

Easy to book, a welcoming handover and a brilliant venue for our staff retreat. A wonderful place and brilliantly equipped for what we needed. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the stay, with both space for times together and options for individuals and smaller groups to do things. The fireplace hut really set the place apart!

Absolutely beautiful property that could not have been better for what our large group were looking for. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend!

Easy, efficient and simple to use website. Lots of information and pictures. Frequent updates of information required. Only downside was some of the arrival information was incorrect such as security codes to gain entry. I think you also need to be clear about security deposits in your price guide as some houses want large deposits!

The booking was very easy and the property we rented was amazing.

It's a newest venue so everything is new and is in good working order. The lay out and set up was perfect for our family get together. The facilities is second to none with the flexibility so that people can be doing various things at the same time. A highlight for us was the cinema room. I would highly recommend this accommodation.

Booked for a family gathering to celebrate a 70th birthday. Booking was simple and we were get well informed at various stages. The owner was very nice and explained where everything was and it was very well equipped to cater for us all. The swimming pool and pool table were a great hit and the bbq hut amazing

Excellent venue, excellent communication could not have asked for anything better

If i was able to rate 0 i would, but thats not an option sadly. Use this company if you plan on losing a lot of money if you need to cancel. We made a booking less than 3 weeks ago for a trip in May, Sadly we have had to cancel due to a family matter. When approaching the customer service to cancel, we were given a cancellation policy which states that it would cost us £100 to cancel the booking, which we have already paid a £1200 deposit. Along with this they also sent their Terms and conditions and pointed to their terms and conditions which stated the buyer remains liable for the FULL cost of the holiday (£6000) even in the event of cancellation. It does state however that in the event that they resell the property they will reimburse “reasonable” costs (not specified). However, the cancellation policy points to their terms and conditions. I dare you to find these terms and conditions!! If you visit their website and view their “terms and conditions” it mentions nothing regarding Cancellation costs. However, if you actually go through to stage 3 of making a booking, it says you confirm you have read the T’s & C’s, with a tick box. What they don’t tell you at this stage, is it is a different terms and conditions than that available on their website. So pre supposing you do your due diligence and read the terms and conditions prior to booking?? Well you fail, because they are different. The lack of transparency is disgusting, but they hide behind their corporate guise of their “terms and conditions” which you checked the box that you read. YOU DID!!! Just not the right ones!! AVOID AT ALL COST, or suffer a hefty cost!!
