We stayed at thorncombe a really nice lodge plenty of room for all. The Wi-Fi was not so good it kept dropping out making it impossible for the grandkids to play on the Xbox. Also the pool was extremely hot +40deg on the 3rd day too hot for all. We did contact the owners and someone came to help.They reported a problem with the thermostat and emptied several gallons of the hot water out and replaced it with cold. Unfortunately the pool was still in the high 30’s even though we had left the windows open.

A wonderful place. Totally enjoyed by all. I have not given 5 * due to the cleaning which we feel was not what it should have been sadly.

We had a most enjoyable weekend. The house was immaculate and everything as advertised. Delicious cakes and apple juice very much appreciated. Any minor problems were dealt with quickly. All facilities excellent. Would highly recommend

We absolutely loved our stay, it was beautiful! Was perfect for me and my family for my mums 60th, we also loved that it had the essentials for us to get started with I.e washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, toilet roll etc was such a lovely touch, highly recommend we are looking at booking it again!

We used Sleeps12 to book a holiday home to spend Christmas away with family. From start to finish, it was a great booking experience. The website gave all the information required to choose the right place for our group. Using lots of pictures and local information - we chose an amazing place. Unfortunately, the place we originally chose was put up for sale and no longer available but the staff at sleeps12 were super great at finding an even better alternative. The people I’ve spoken to have been very friendly and helpful. There are also emails along the way to prompt for payments etc. We have been very happy with using Sleeps12 and will certainly be using them again.

Fantastic! Family trip in December to celebrate a special birthday…house had everything we needed and more. Large house but still lovely, warm & cozy (& decorated with lots of lovely Christmas trees). Would highly recommend.

Our experience with Croftview was a five star experience from start to finish. I had the most magical 50th birthday at this property. Charlotte the host was wonderful - she couldn’t have been more lovely, helpful or informative throughout the weekend. The property itself is stunning a perfect venue for hosting a large gathering.

Wonderful house and location. The host Ivan was on hand to provide us with information we needed without being intrusive. The beds and bedding were extremely comfortable and of good quality The dining and living areas were large and comfortable and ideal spaces for socialising and relaxing The house was decorated and furnished to a high standard and had all the little extras you need for your break. Highly recommended,
