My dog died on the 28th December from a thyroid carcinoma and my claim still isn't resolved! I have complained about my insurance pay out which I'm still over £1000 short. I wouldn't recommend this pet insurance, they have taken money from me which isn't fair, hence my complaints. And when you speak to a customer Advisor all they keep saying is sorry, not once but several times and are clearly reading from a script!! I had been with then since 2015, never missed a payment and the most upsetting bit for me was they took the remaining premiums of my policy after my dog had passed away which was a total of £353. I then lost my other dog suddenly 3wks later he was insured with a different company and when I cancelled his policy I was refunded my direct debit for the month he passed away and no other monthly premiums owed. Stay away from Healthy pets as they are not the pet insurance company they say they are. There is so much more details I could go into but too much for me to write and too upsetting.
