I ordered a watch on Saturday changed my mind to a different watch on Sunday and sent an email, recieved a speedy confirmation and recieved my new beautiful watch on Tuesday. Had to get a professional to alter the strap. Great service.

Watch arrived within days, wasn't happy it was left on doorstep but that's down to Royal mail. The face of the watch had a scratch on it, I messaged the seller and received a reply within an hour, sent it back and received new watch and refund for the delivery within days again. Replacement watch seems perfect...no complaints.
