Honestly shocked to see so many good reviews for this place - I wish we recieved the same service! We were sent a faulty Hugo boss watch with condensation, when we enquired with customer service over this they TOLD us we had been doing water sports (absolutely not the case in December in Scotland!) and it was us at fault. Cheeky back and forth with multiple people and no one seemed to help or accept fault. Currently going through a whole process with Hugo Boss themselves despite not buying from them directly. Unfortunately we won’t trust this company again.

Unfortunately I too have encountered horrendous customer service from this company. Probably the worst I’ve ever experienced. They are not interested and will just come back with a sarcastic remark. Whoever is in there customer service team are clearly a bunch of keyboard warriors.
