Fast delivery amazing looking watch

Efficient and prompt delivery of my wife's Christmas present.

The watch was delivered scratched and marked in multiple places (showing signs of wear indicating that this watch has been used previously) and is not actually working/ticking. This is COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE as I suspect that this is a used/returned product. I am a first time customer and I am extremely dissatisfied with this experience of The Watch Corp as I wanted the watch before going on holiday and wanted to wear it.
