SCAM!! Be very careful. There is no customer protection. They are thieves. I bought a $2500 light “scone” and it was used and damaged. They even charged me $150 tax and duty. Only wanted a pair but they charged me a full amount and sent me one damaged and used item. Wrapped in cheap papers. I tried contacting the customer service, but no one is responding. They keep saying our team is working on sending you a label. It’s been a month now and yet I have not received any label to reset the damaged item. Please read. The emails: First of all we were charged much more for one piece, not two. This sconce feels cheap, it’s very light, it is not solid brass! Back plate is not same color as the sconce it’s a different colour. The back plate as you can see doesn’t attach well. The welding is done is terrible. The seller did not try to fix it up at all and it’s very visible. My client is a vintage collector and we know vintage. This piece does not even cost $100. We were charged Custom fees, which is $196.78 (see attached) and this must be returned to us too. The packaging was just paper and nothing else. The piece was not secure which you never do for vintage pieces. It was not wrapped. It was just with a paper in a big box. Me, as an interior designer, very disappointed with this experience. My client requested a full refund for everything as soon as possible. All the videos were uploaded. Please let me know when we are getting the refund. Thank you.
