La lampe est conforme et à fini par arriver à destination après avoir été bloquée en douane plus d'une semaine sans aucune notification de la part du site ou du transporteur. Aucune aide apportée pour débloquer le produit en douane, et pour couronner le tout, quelle surprise de payer en supplément des frais de douanes à hauteur de 25% du prix de base. Je comprends que les frais de douane puissent être à notre charge, mais quand c'est aussi élevé, il devrait y avoir une notification.

Dealing with your company seems to be really simple and easy to understand. I do wish the seller acceptance time was shorter than the 7 days, however.

This company is the not for anybody that is not filthy rich. If you are middle class don’t even look. The items are nice but not worth the astronomical price. Unless you really like to waste money which I don’t.

Easy to contact. Would have preferred to provide payment information prior to completing the sale.

Shipping is overpriced, charged $150 on a $240 item that weighs less than 2lbs. While it’s international shipping, my friend in France who has shipped items of the same weight pays 1/3 of the price. Clearly someone is pocketing the difference. Also forced to pay sales tax on an out of country purchase to 1st Dibs, Website is clunky to use vs other sites. Forced to review before transaction is complete as I haven’t received the item. Thank goodness for PayPal for purchase.
