Most recent purchasing experience all good. Just one little snafu - the tracking documents said it would be delivered yesterday the 16th even though the tracking info showed it may have been still in Kentucky and wasn't out for delivery in my area. Never showed up until this morning. like I said - all good otherwise.

Beware of 1st dibs customer service and seller from Thailand named Marco selling tutti frutti jewelry

Seller sent a scarf instead of a $1600 ring with tracking number provided by 1st dibs website, then delayed actual shipping and sent another ring totally different from pictured stone was horrible unpolished and uneven. Requested return immediately but seller took over a week to accept return request delaying return process. Finally when it arrived to Thailand seller refused to pick up for over a month as they required some documentation from him and then to add pain to injury seller required package to be redirected to Hong Kong. 1st dibs was unhelpful knowing seller refused to cooperate to receive package and was non responsive treating transaction and a little game, 1st dibs had the option of doing a refund and banning seller from their website but refused to do it. Redirect of package was on their hands as well as return label was under their account. After daily pushing and following up with this with seller who never responded, 1st dibs and DHL for over 2 months I received my refund. Thank God I had a clear video packing the ring when at shipping company showing ring on camera, putting in boxes and taping, all this at shipping office, also clear video of the label outside, handing to dhl and the receipt... or I'm sure seller would had claimed damage or missing. Be careful of seller below. Also be very careful about using PayPal as a credit card would had helped better with this issue. Don't delay over 20 days to make a claim to method of payment no matter what the situation is, if seller is delaying Shipping he's already ahead of the game playing the system and everyone. Disappointed in timing

It was a waste of time for me. They used all 6 days to turn my offer down. They said the ITEM Sold, yet oddly it came up for offering again. "A Simple NO" within a day or two would have been appropriate. Do to this: I wouldnt use them again.
