My recent experience was good, but my experience before this one was horrible!! 1st Dibs was very passive about that experience which was full of verifiable baloney. I did get the product eventually, but it was not a pleasant transaction……. 1st Dibs cannot afford this kind of experience as it is a risk, big risk, ordering jewelry on-line. Addendum - 1st Dibs replied to this review with an unsatisfactory response. Order with much caution on this platform…..
