Appalling Behaviour from sales person

Their sales person wouldn't take no for an answer and even had the audacity to call back to tell me I didn't have the right to refuse to listen to him Unbelievable. These companies should not be allowed to trade. I don't believe these 5* reviews for one minute!!

Very slow response, poor communication.

I had to wait literally months for fresh prices, no one responded to e mails or voice mails for most of this time.

Superb customer service from Linz - bearing in mind these guys work in quite a 'cut throat' industry,i had some very poor customer service but Green Energy Advice Bureau were excellent - well done

Great advice, we've saved loads of money on our electric bill by agreeing a 5-year contract back in Summer 2020. Was happy to arrange a blended contract extension with very competitive rates.
