Nothing is too much trouble for Dan who said if ever we had any need to contact our energy suppliers, he would be happy to do so on our behalf. It was nice to speak to someone else with the North East at heart, and I am confident that our relationship with The Green Energy Advice Bureau will not just involve a hurried phone call from them at contract renewal time but that we will benefit from a genuine ongoing commitment to servicing our needs as our business develops. Never had so many problems with a supplier since changing over absolute nightmare

I have been dealing with The Green Energy Advice Bureau for a few years now and have always found the team to be extremely helpful. They have taken over the monitoring of electricity bills for our 30+ developments (nearly a 100 meters in total) and they have consistently found us the best rates available. I would highly recommend them to any business.

This company will tell you anything to get you to sign up to whichever deal I imagine makes them the most commission. Please do not fall for the false promises as I did, we are currently paying 3 times what we should be due to bad advice but more worryingly safety net promises that now appear to be gone. Just hang up, I wish I had.
