Cold calling introduction by telephone and when asked for a quotation they then tried pressuring the company make an instant decision claiming the could only hold energy prices for one day. The representative was rude and condescending.

I’ve been moved to a variable rate for a limited time but I was told by the advisor that the contract would go straight from fixed price rate to another fixed price rate.

Stop being so pushy! They cold called me and I gave in to requests to provide a LOA and send consumption details just to stop the plethora of emails. The salesman was polite but far too chummy and the procurement manager set off by insulting my choice. I normally go off recommendations from people I trust, but its a tricky time for energy so thought I would let someone else have a look, but their approach spoiled it for them.
