cold calls, false promises

I keep on getting cold calls from them promising the world for when my contract finishes in 3 years... Even when told I'm not interested, they don't stop!

Excellent customer service

I took a call last week from a gentleman called Mark Moreland and although we are in long term contracts until 2024 he was never once pushy like most sales people and politely asked if he could pop me in for a call back. I receive maybes 20 of these calls per week and when you’re trying to run a business it’s very annoying. Mark advised he would send an email to introduce himself and also put a link in for the CTPS of which we are now registered. As he said on the call, it costs nothing to be nice. Come 2022 when he said he’d call he can have access to all 64 of our solicitor sites. What a pleasurable man. Thank you
