Your customer care officer Rachel was excellent in helping my organisation to successfully deal with four suppliers who had been signed up to take over our gas power when the contract ended. This happened because our chair who was suffering from dementia and ill health had signed up to different suppliers, two of which were undertaken by the same company (not Green Energy). Rachel dealt with all of the companies and completed the sign over to the company we now are contracted to. Thank you.

Very poor service

Very poor service. The Green Energy Advice Bureau did not inform me that my current provider was cancelling my contract mid-way through the agreed term. The Green Energy Advice Bureau later confirmed they DID know about this beforehand. Badly-handled (but polite) customer complaint process. Will never use again.

John McDade has been very helpful in securing new contracts for both electricity and gas supplies. We have used GEAB for several years now because with 15 electricity supplies and 5 gas supplies it is a mammoth task to get quotes and arrange changeovers. It is a great relief when someone else sorts it all for me.

Said they would save me money on my Business energy Sign the deal ,when read properly Crazy prices tried to cancel contract Thought got 14days to change mind No 14 day on a business energy contact Not happy All contracts should have a 14days cooling off time

So helpful and not always stressing and…

So helpful and not always stressing and hounding me. My adviser Kayleigh Dufour gave me the time and information I needed. I have complete trust in her to give me the right advice and the best deal. She was helpful and listened to the needs of the company. I now do not have to worry about my energy contracts as Kayleigh is dealing with the minefield of a constant changing sector. I really cannot fault my adviser.

Mis sold electricity contact

Was given standing charge & unit rates over the phone. Seemed like a good deal so signed contract. However, on reviewing the contract there are third party charges which make the contract much more expensive than it appeared to be when given the rates over the phone. I've tried to get the contract cancelled but i'm being ignored by phone & email.

Try conning you into a contract saying one price and giving you a totally different price. Pushy on the phone and very little response when you try contacting them.

nothing special

whilst the service was satisfactory the prices where not massively cheaper than anyone else and they failed to give correct dates for the changeover from one supplier to another which meant having to phone both old and new to sort the issue
