Mark ha been my broker for a number of months and I always receive a great service from him. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Even when he isn’t at work, he messages me with advice on the energy market which is invaluable to my business. He’s not only sorted the gas and electricity for me he’s also looking into my water rates for me. The only reason it wasn't five star
The only reason it wasn't five star was because one of our many sites was missed despite frequently mentioning it until after all other sites were completed then they noticed that one had been missed when it was pointed out yet again. everything else went smoothly as did the last site and much work had to be done by Green energy on our behalf.
Good front end sales patter let down by…
Good front end sales patter let down by exceptionally poor after-sales "support". As a business owner myself I am reluctant to lodge negative reviews, but I'm afraid my experience with these guys over the past year has been significantly less than satisfactory. On one of our accounts we are now being charged (by EON) both under an old meter that has been removed as well as under a new replacement smart meter - in both cases on an estimated basis. Leaving aside the fact that EON themselves are utterly useless at responding to emails, we have simply been cast aside by GEAB, despite repeated promises to get this situation sorted out. During my last telephone conversation with a supposedly senior advisor within GEAB it was very apparent that my conversation was competing (unsuccessfully) with the whole of GEAB's office (including my contact) noisily watching the EUROs...needless to say, 2+ months on I have yet to hear anything more... With hindsight, I should either have renewed with my existing supplier(s) or talked with other suppliers direct. In any event, I now have another 3 years to contemplate my own foolhardiness in not doing so....
Scammers and fraudulent action
Scammers and fraudulent action. Have locked churches into rates higher than market and with unethical and inappropriate suppliers. All despite clear and repeated instructions to them that these contracts were not wanted. Do not trust and do not sign any letters of authority otherwise you’ll be sorry and pay a high price for years.

We used this company to switch our Electricity supplier with the help of Lerone all run smoothly and now they are doing the same with our Gas contract. Very helpful and would recommend.

contacted about changing our current supplier as they were constantly badgering us to re sign. The team was extremely helpful and efficient. They managed to sort a new supplier within a couple of hours. Much appreciated.
