Highly Recommend

Couldn't be happier with the service from these guys, especially Oliver who has not only saved us money with the new contracts but really helped me with an existing issue we had with our current suppliers - where I was getting nowhere with them he has liaised with them and has sought a plan of action which will ultimately resolve the issue. Highly recommend this company, they really do go above and beyond and are a pleasure to deal with.

Brilliant help and advice from Gordon Bain

James seems to have gone over to the…

James seems to have gone over to the dark side. They now contact you under the wonderful name of Prestige Worldwide. I was presented with a bill for some contracts that had not gone live and then told that i would not be charged if i let them renew these contracts. I was then offered rates of 25% more than i could get for myself. It was also pretty impossible to figure out whether i was liable for the original amounts or not and as my business was in a different legal jurisdiction it was easier to cough up.

Blatant liars....

I set up a contract on the promise that it was part of a collective School procurement exercise and was given figures to show we would be paying the same as a previous contract. Having signed the contract, when if began the unit rate was as expected but there are lots of undisclosed pass through charges. Their broker lied and I have email evidence, then to top it off their director signed off the contract without disclosing the fees. To think their letter of authority said they would act in my interests..... The solicitors will be in touch.....

Had a problem with supplier issues

Had a problem with supplier issues. James Swan gave me great advice on how to sort out the problem and was verry understanding. Had to sort out contract start and end dates to explane what had gone wrong. James was great and very helpfull in terminating the problem.
