I am extremely disappointed that this needs to remain plugged into the power at all times to work. I missed that bit or I never would have purchased them, I thought when it said portable it meant you didn't require power for them to work and only required it for them to charge

Love this product has def helped with my sinuses and getting better sleep with this next to my bed. Love it.

Cool not get it to work so sent it back on the 20oct for full refund which l am still waiting for. I have sent 2 emails so far but have had no reply

Where I live it gets very muggy an humid, an when it rains I can't have my windows open. With the purafair it takes all the muggyness out of my room. I have it on at night when I'm sleeping

I was a little skeptical but for such a small device, it is so effective. I am snoring less (according to my partner), not waking up with a blocked nose nor a dry mouth. My first one was faulty but there was no problem in receiving a replacement. They were extremely helpful. Very happy indeeed.

I was so keen for this, however super disappointed that is it not mobile and requires to be plugged in to work. I incorrectly assumed that the 'charging' cable did just that and wasn't actually a generic electrical source.

Emily at customer service is exceptional. I ordered 3 purifairs and ran into some issues. She replaced them promptly. They work super well. I am so happy with them.

The on off switch is hard to operate and I keep one on during the day in my lounge room one in my car and one by my bed and I have not noticed any benefits as yet. how long before I do?
