I ordered the mini purifier. Made loud noises and stopped working. Purifair sent me another and it did the same at first then wouldn’t work so they sent me another. This one was fine until I turned it off then on again and noises again but these last 30 secs then works fine. Cute little thing. I do like it but not the noises when I turn on. Not as quiet as I expected but still tolerable next to my chair. They’re very helpful and will do anything to fix the problem.

I purchased 3 purifair one month ago. All of a sudden one stop working. I contacted customer service (Emily). I was so amazed for her quick response. She helped me resolve my concern. Without hesitant she sent me a new purifair. Thank you so much. I just received the item today.

My first lot of Puri fair was before I moved to a retirement village, they have worked every day one did stop working They had a special, so I bought the 5 on special I have mine working from the time i get up each morning so to keep me better without any nasty bugs around this brand is far better than any other

Please do not waste your money. First unit took weeks to arrive and faulted a few weeks later. Started making a loud screaming noise. Requested a refund - received a second unit. Began faulting in exactly the same way. Inferior quality product - poor service! Don’t waste your money

Emily at Purifair Support was so efficient with dealing with a problem with one of my Purifair units and made sure I had a replacement unit straight away. I bought three units and I love how they change the air quality within minutes and Purifair certainly looks after its customers. I would definitely recommend the Purifair company and its products.

I love them. They have really helped with my allergies and hayfever. Only problem is I can't leave them going at night because they are a bit noisy, but other than that they are great.

very nice looking device and runs very quietly have one near me in bedroom cant even hear it running air feels fresh.
