Me and kids love our purifair, not just purify our air but also an additional accent to our room decor, we don't mind the little noise to it since breathing clean air is more important to us, my eldest daughter has a bad allergy but this little cutie really helps her, she doesn't sneeze as much as before and no more waking up with clog nose and mind you she's only using it for a week. Great product

Since using Purifair there is less dust around. My husband is also coughing less at night time. Main downside is the noise and light. I am unable to sleep with it on.

I ordered and paid for 3 items on the 23rd of August but have not received them as yet. Really looking forward to getting them. Hopefully it is soon!

When I ring and ask information about the purifair that I ve got problem that makes sound noise. The customer service is so very helpful and polite. She help me assured me that she will replace the one I've got that is faulty. Sorry I've forgot her name who help me.Im so happy of the service. And thank you.

Bought 3 purifiers and 2 travel cases. Later notified cases were unavailabil, and cancelled. Then notified a while later one of the colours was unavailable as well. No massive issue in itself, but disappointing. I asked for the 2 available purifiers to be sent, and the other when restocked. Got a "yes of course, absolutely!" email - but nothing since. No update, no shipping notification, no reply to further emails - and definitely no purifiers. But I have had 4 requests to review, so...

I am still awaiting for this product to come. Not good that they are asking for reviews when product hasn’t even arrived.
