This is great for a good night's sleep. Just don't like the power light glow. Makes a difference to air quality in my bedroom. I don't get a stuffy nose at night now.

I found the 2 that I bought were a little noisy (white noise) at night and the blue light was annoying. The customer service is amazing though, even though I said the product wasn't faulty, they are still replacing them to see if the product is quieter. And I dont have to return, so if anything I can say the service is brilliant, just hoping the new ones are quieter.

Delivery was prompt purifier works quitely.thought it would relieve my sinusitis as only slightly made a difference.not as efficient as I thought it would be for me

I bought 2, received 3. One of them was making noises but the support team was so quick to act and send me replacements. I have got a few now at home and 1 i carry around mobile in a car and office. Recently bought my dad 1 too. Also shared this to friends and families. 1 of them bought 2 straight up. Though i cant see with my eyes but i am sure the surroundings are changing for the better. Thought not a great deal yet as ive only had it for 2 weeks but i somewhat feels airs around my have been cleaner and i relatively feel fresher

We got these for my grandads house and he is much happier less dust and they can tuck away nicely and still do their jobs over them

OK the good stuff makes the air fresher and better smelling less sneezing. The downside not exactly whisper quite in the bedroom can ignore that but a bright lovely blue light that illuminates half the room when you are trying to sleep. Maybe add the ability to reduce or turn off the light. I run mine until sleep time then turn it off as I find the blue light annoying. I run one in the car which is great

Purchases 3. 2 of them are so loud, they are not the quiet decibel described not able to sleep with them on at all, as described. As the 3 one sounds quieter? are 2 faulty?

Edit: thanks for the reply. I appreciate your terms. But since February, when you say I purchased my items. You have replaced them more than 4 times. Each replacement just as faulty as the original. I would think after replacing a product that many times a customer should be entitled to a refund if requested. These products are terrible quality. They constantly break and the company would rather send you another faulty product as a replacement than refund money. The product is loud and bright so not suitable to be used all night. Also the image of it being used in a car is fake. It needs to be plugged in at all time to work. Avoid this company and their products.
