Have only been using for a few days but seems to be doing a good job.

Received today and have started to use so have not got an outcome but very disappointed that the three units I have purchased do NOT come with a independent power supply bit ridiculous selling what I consider an incomplete product without even a warning in all the blurb that I went through but buyer be warned

Your advertisement promised 2 day delivery but I received the shipment only after 1 week.

I had a problem with two of my purifairs sent a video of the horrible noise it was making and was sent new ones straight away. Thank you for the great service.

All 3 purifiers turned up faulty. Credit to the company as they were willing to replace them with me supplying video evidence something was wrong with each of them. No need to return faulty ones! However this threw up red flags to me and I realised it was possibly a common occurrence. Delved deeper into online reviews and sure enough it was. From what I’ve read they don’t seem to last long. So I asked for a full refund. Got the run around a bit over this. Also Found out I had to pay for postage for them to be returned, even though they are broken! And even though it’s 100% money back guarantee. So I got my money back. Just down the postage fee (as they cleverly make it ‘free postage’ when shipping to you. But I’m guessing that cost is built into the price of the unit.) So it’s a big thumbs down from me. But congrats to those that seem to love these air purifiers. I’ll be looking elsewhere.

So glad I purchased 3 of these purifiers. They were delivered in super fast time after ordering. I have one in the bedroom, and two in the kitchen/lounge area. They have greatly reduced my stuffiness/congestion that I normally get at this time of year when the house is closed up during winter. I give these items 5 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Great little product. Unfortunately no “night” mode aka without lights on but still does a great job.
