On January 5th at 17:20 2022 oil was delivered to my grandparents. It was ordered December 17 and promised by December 31. After multiple phone calls asking what was happening I find it unacceptable they had to wait this long. It’s the middle of Winter and they’re in they’re both 84.

Delivery was on time. Driver was very helpful and polite.
