Always good value and delivers promptly with no fuss.

We use Broadland Fuels for bulk Gas OIl deliveries 2 or 3 times a month. Carol and Elaine are very efficient and helpful and will always get our deliveries to us as soon as they possibly can. Their prices are the most competitive I've found and I ring around for 3 prices each time I order. I always end up placing the order with Broadland Fuels.

The only reason the score wasn't higher is that they didn't call the day before, as requested, to ensure easy access. However, the driver was wonderful and managed to unlock and make the delivery.

Appalling communications. Advised on Monday delivery would be Tuesday. Waited in all day and late afternoon got a text saying would now be Wednesday. Rang to query and was told driver ran out of time and would now be Wednesday. Told would be mid morning. Late afternoon no sign so rang up and was told tanker had run out of oil. Should now be tomorrow Thursday. Now wasted 2 days and still no oil, and have to wait in again. Not a single call to apologize or explain. Avoid.

Excellent as usual. Delivery was actually earlier than expected so another plus. Always good to be able to use a smaller local company & from getting a quote to delivery driver everyone very friendly & helpful.
