Good general delivery service as always, however I prefer to speak with the staff when ordering and Unfortunately the best price is now only available online such a shame the local customer service has now gone we will look elsewhere for our best deal now as the personal touch has gone.

Terrible service. Made an order and agreed a delivery date five days on from the call. This apparently the earliest slot they had. Called the next day to cancel and reschedule four days later. Called to complain told drivers are off sick. Not sure how they knew Tues a driver would be off sick Fri. Terrible service and totally unreliable.
