great, easy to use the website

Website and VIP membership is a farce and a pain in the backside. I just want to buy some reasonably priced gym wear. The non VIP prices are ridiculous.

When checking out i found i had to keep coming back to retry since my order did not process a number of times

Clothes are decent quality but VIP member model is predatory, if you sign up it'll charge you £55 without any reminder before payment. Pricing on the site is also not great showing items with over the top discounts etc to make them seem like a better deal than they are. Navigation of the site is a bit annoying as well: the filtering options say they're filtering by available size but aren't actually.

Excellent service

Really nice leggings which I love, but I hate your VIP membership with a passion - I wish you would scrap it! I would 100% have purchased so much more from you if you just sold like a normal online shop and made your discounted VIP prices your actual prices! Would regularly pay £20-£30 for leggings but £70+ is too much for the products you offer. Cancelled my membership in the end because I got sick of skipping it every month or being stung with a £50 bill if I forgot.
