This company's model is an absolute scam What appears like a pretty good introductory offer (if you believe the extortionate un-discounted prices), then become apparent that the prices will only be offered if you sign up for a monthly membership at £55/m. But don't worry, you read the terms and it says you can "easily cancel at any time". So you place an order, then when you contact them to cancel the membership you're told that if you cancel the membership, they will also cancel and refund your introductory purchase. SO I now have to wait until they have dispatched the order, then get in touch again so they can cancel the order. I won't be purchasing from this shady operation again.

Good quality clothing, well worth the price!

AWFUL DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. Ended up being charged £54.99 for a VIP membership I did not mean to sign up for!! When rising this complaint to the costumer service they were nothing but confusing and unhelpful.

When I ordered this it said it would be delivered in 5 days it has now been nearly a month and I am still waiting, very disappointed, I have contacted company with no response.

Scam business. They hike up their prices to claim you're getting a good deal for average quality clothing. The VIP system is incredibly easy to sign up for to get a claimed discount, but very hard to cancel! Avoid this scamming company and get quality clothing for less money and hassle.

Easy to use straight forward website and checkout process

As a VIP I always have an issue completing my order due to billing address. This is really frustrating as I have to waste time trying Incognito and back and forward trying to re key my address in another part of the website. It's very odd that there doesn't seem to be an issue taking my VIP membership payment. It makes actually ordering and using these credits really difficult. Sometimes the delay in getting help from customer services causes the stuff to then to be out of stock. Three stars represents my opinion of customer experience. Shame - as I love the leggings and shorts. Great fit and holds you in so you look more smooth and toned. I'm just not a fan of the VIP element and website/app (Same issues in app, phone and Mac)
