Member credit not recognised for payment

The website refused to accept my order with the existing Member credits I had and the FAQs did not address this issue. I had to add a full priced item, to get the order through for the website to recognise my credit card for payment to accept the order. Needless to say, I now have to return/refund that item separately, an unnecessary additional process.

Fabletics made me quit, caution before signing up

Another brutal level of bad customer service that supports a good product. The entire system is built on withdrawing your money consistently with purchases being made. Each month I've checked almost daily to skip my month but it never gives me the option to. I really like the clothes, the t-shirts and boxers are great and saves this from a 1 star. I'm now forced to cancel my subscription but need to buy more clothes before so so I don't lose my money for nothing and then go through the strenuous task of cancelling. I almost wish I never used them but the t-shirts are nice, shame they've made me want to quit

Overpriced and Incompetent

I ordered the wrong size and despite sending them a screenshot of my order with account and order number, they were unable to find my account and send the right size. I then received my delivery and if I had paid half of the full price, I would be irate. There is nothing special about the product at all. They are pretty much the same as all of my other gym clothes. I also wound up being subscribed to their VIP club which I never signed up for. If I hadn’t noticed, I would have been charged £55 a month for something I didn’t want. Fortunately I was able to cancel and prevent them from taking any money from me. I won’t be revisiting this company.

Absolute thieves . I noticed they’ve been taking £54 from my account for months without me realising it . I purchased one item 6 months ago and they’ve been charging me £54 a month since. I never signed up to anything .

Same thing happened to me

Same thing happened to me. Got scammed!!!! I don’t even remember subscribing to them but them got deducted £54 for four months!!!! Filed a case with Paypal but they couldn’t give me a claim. How could you do that!!! Very disappointed! Don’t ever buy from this site!!

Only joined up for a "free to enter"competition Took time to look at the site and realised how overpriced much of the content was. Hit the unsubscribe button and thats where the trouble started Cant just unsubscribe from this company Still a VIP member Dont want to be a VIP or any other member After numerous emials from pretty inept staff still getting messages about the VIP member section Is everyone who works there incapable of following a straightforward request? Answer is YES Never had an issue like this unsubscribing from any other site...ever Sort your s*it out for gods sake and quit the ridiculous emails. Pathetic....
