Had been a VIP member for many years (around 10 years), and they have closed my account without notice and without reason.

Terrible website, glitchy and crap concept. Great deals for new non-member's, whilst existing members don't get the same value or offers, seems like the business model is to entice only new customers. I would reccomend ordering items when on a good deal, and deleting the account afterwards.

Be careful as its a complete scam , read the reviews before buying , they deactivate your account without explaining you why and they have canceled my orders twice with no reason , its a trap with all their advertising free leggings not to mention the rude service. Stay away!!

Absolute SCAM of a company. Entice you in with cheap promo offer, then take £54.99 from your account each month. Stay away.

Nice n good website a bit lag but alright

Clothes are all sold out no matter when I go on to buy, the app is shocking I always have to log in online in order to order. Clothes are always fantastic quality but hate how the time to skip each month has shortened and price increased

Sizing is INCREDIBLY small and their delivery partner (EVRI) makes returns incredibly difficult. I've arranged a collection and a week later they still haven't been. I think there's far better activewear without the hassle of their pricing structure and delivery partner... Their customer service was also very un-helpful.
