I'm already super annoyed and haven't even bought anything yet. When you go on the website they lure you in with becoming a member but it's not explained that the membership will be over £50. I love loyalty stuff like being an H&M member and getting shipping free. As a student I cannot afford to pay such amounts every month that aren't necessary and I feel annoyed because a gym set for £28 looked like such a good deal... luckily I checked trustpilot to find out that when people place an order the membership starts, before I placed an order myself, I definitely dodged a bullet here. But now I'm anxious, because I signed up, that they're expecting me to pay if I don't click that button every month and that they will demand my money. I've emailed them back straight away to remove my account, so fingers crossed. But boy, do I feel used.

Very very sly membership of £54.99 which is not clear at all and certainly sneaks of a scam way of doing business which I really do not like. I eventually received my money back but only by persisting with Customer Service who cut me off 3 times with their ‘set line’ Will never use this company again and suggest anyone thinking about it look extremely carefully at this membership. If you do not skip each month then £54.99 will be taken, of course that is exactly what Fabletics want and how they make their money. Shabby and not good.

I have been a member now for several years, I have set up a reminder on my calendar for each month to skip the month which I have only forgotten to do once. I love the products, I am a very different size top and bottom so the fact that outfits can be different sizes is great for me. My only criticism is that if stock is low, you can go right through to checkout and it won't accept payment but doesn't tell you why. I have had occasion to use customer service once and found them very helpful and eager to resolve any issue. As a larger lady, it is great that I can buy supportive gym wear and enjoy wearing it. I have never paid full price for any item and find mostly I can get my gym wear in the sale or as a bundle! I would have given 5* had it not been for the issue with low stocks of items and the checkout.

Good products - shame about the sly subscription. They want you to set a calendar reminder to opt out of a very steep VIP monthly subscription (really). Do all VIP members have nothing better to do with their time and how selfish of this company to assume they DONT!!! This shouldn’t be allowed. I’ve had over £200 out of my bank! Incredibly angry - DO NOT JOIN. BUY AS A GUEST ONLY. However, I will not be buying anything again out of principal.
