Fabletics Automated Membership

I bought two pairs of flared bottoms & love them, what I don’t love is I found myself on the automated VIP membership which I don’t recall agreeing to. Cancelled my membership but they don’t have the authority to refund the £109.98 that’s been taken from my account!!! My follow-up email has been sent I want to be able to spend what they’ve taken. Be careful guy!!!

Not very computer savvy

I am not very computer savvy and had to talk to check I had completed everything for my order. Fabletics help line was so amazing and responsive. Able to easily place my order correctly and clarified all my queries. Excellent support and transparency. Thank you 😊 so very much

Always a great and easy way of looking…

Always a great and easy way of looking around the website, ordering what I need. The site is easy to use. The only 3 things for me I would like updating. .More long sleeved baggy clothing for those who are bigger. Over the bottom sized. . The website freezes for me on my phone occasionally. . Things I want aren't available in my size. But that's because the site is so popular. Overall, I love perusing the site, and saving items to my list. It's easy to use as said before, and I like the collaborations that happen.

Feel like I’ve been scammed!

Scam! Without realising, I had signed up to their ridiculous VIP membership…paying £49.99 a month to earn ‘credits’ that I couldn’t spend as nothing was in stock. Absolute joke!

I had trouble to check out on mobile…

I had trouble to check out on mobile phone (iPhone), as for some reason it kept asking for delivery address although I had ticked 'same as billing address' and I could not move on. However, I went on my laptop (apple, and next day) and there was no problem at all.

I have been automated onto the VIP…DD has not been cancelled despite request

I have been automated onto the VIP membership. I have called to cancel and request a full refund. Refund promised, and repaid. But, the following month, DD still taken out despite requesting cancellation. Be careful with this supplier. Clothes are not high end, the quality is so-so, depends what you expect for the money but there are far better quality brands available.

Scamming company

Scamming company They signed me up for a yearly membership without my knowledge, took £54.99 out of my account without my knowledge and trying to get any help from the company is harder than getting blood from a stone. Awful customer service Awful company STEER CLEAR
