The cancel membership button has been unclickable all month. I thought it might become available closer to the skip date and it was still greyed out. The online chat function was also not operating.

Quality of the material

Quality of the material is not consistent. With the majority of leggings being thin and see through and therefore I have had to return them and only order to use credits before being able to cancel my membership.

Avoid, avoid, avoid! Absolutely horrific company and customer service. Complete fraud. Do NOT get tricked into sneakily subscribing where they will charge you £55 a month for absolute no reason! Oh… and refuse to give you a refund!!!!!

I forgot to cancel membership, and I have just really struggled to find anything I want to buy that you aren't out of stock in!!!!! Very irritated. Will be cancelling now.

Avoid this dishonest company

Update: I called them and they say they will refund me the £54. Sneaky company. You order something and they add you to some bullshit "VIP membership" on the very, very downlow. I found a £54 charge on my account this morning for this. Was it included in the small print? Probably, but other companies are less dishonest. And I know if I try and get my money back they'll give me some bullshit about reading the terms more carefully. Avoid at all costs.

Fraudulent activity on personal bank account

I wouldn't even give them a 1. They are a scam. 3 separate occasions now I have had multiple transactions taken out of my bank account when I don't have a vip. I called fabletics and have been told they can't even find my account. They now owe me hundreds for what i would called os fraud. Thay have been taking money for 3 years. This will be the 3rd time I will be contacting my bank about fraudulent activity. I will also be contacting trading standards. This company is disgraceful

I will be leaving after 10 years

Their business model is not a scam but you must be very very careful to skip the month or be charged. I have been a member for almost 10 years the actual problem I am having is the dramatic reduction in the quality of the products lately. I have 4 year old trinity utility leggings I love and wear all the time and would love another pair of if they made them but a new pair of cold weather leggings had to be returned as faulty after the fabric bobbled after 2 hours of wearing. Descriptions are inaccurate stating leggings have pockets plural when they dont even have one functional pocket. The number of leggings I have returned as the description clearly states pockets and then does not have them when they arrive. You flag it up but no one bothers to correct the inaccurate description. But the real reason I will be cancelling is they have broken my trust. I submitted a negative review of the faulty item yet it still states 100% of purchasers would recommend this product I know this not to be true I can even see other negative reviews of the same item although mine is nowhere to be seen.
