I knew roughly what I wanted from my new computer and was helped with my final choice of components by Sam. The build date was almost a week less than the estimated date which was great. Although I initially decided not to purchase a new monitor I changed my mind after a few days and rang up and the monitor I wanted was reserved for me for me to collect with the PC. I have purchased from Novatech now for over 20 yrs and have always recieved excellent service and great products. Keep up the great work guys!!

Product not arrived yet. Vendor wouldn't allow any changes to DPD delivery address or allow collection from depot.

Purchased my first ever prebuilt through them. Normally I would just build a PC myself but their prices were good and I was curious if they could do better cable management than I could etc. I ordered Thursday 13th at midday and the PC (which I had customised) arrived early afternoon on today (Saturday 15th). Everything was installed perfectly, system runs great. RAM speeds correct. Cannot fault this level of efficiency and professionalism. I will also add that I reached out to ask them a question and they got back to me EXTREMLY quickly too!
