Availability of items, Delivery quick.

Despite one of my purchases seemingly failing Novatech still charged me twice for a GPU I didn’t order - a refund was immediately requested and has been resolved, but I was still charged overdraft with no recompense for a technical fault on their side. More importantly, the price of this GPU is disgusting (£1499 at the time of release). I wish I hadn’t purchased it for this price as it’s 50% more than what the base card should cost for very little extra to show for, especially since they charged £150 more than SCAN for the exact same product. Avoid at all costs and be more patient instead of paying insane prices

My previous PC which I had purchased from you was getting slow and would occasionally not start up , so it wqas time to renew it. We visited on a weekday where we were the only customers present so no waiting to be served. Upon entering we were welcomed by Michael ( Fookes ) enquiring how he help us , I had previously viewed your Website to see what was available so had an idea which PC's to go for ( Price / use ) and after informing Michael of my needs and its use he suggested a Pc which was subsquently purchased.

Charging scalping prices for a low tier 5090. I remember when Novatech was a decent company, one of the most reputable sellers of PC components. Gladly chucking them in the bin going forward. £3.5k for a Palit card. Appreciate times are tough, not £1k over msrp. Horrible

I have bought from Novatech before. My 2016 desktop with Win10 finally had its day and needed replacing. The new Reign computer with Win11 is comparatively so fast it's silly. Ordered and delivered in 5 days and when I needed a small piece of advice in the set up it was immediately available. I wanted a computer that I could add extra SSDs or 3.5in drives and I did so with ease. All in all I am a happy man.

The ordering process was easy . The delivery was not very professional , it came with a van with one driver who was throwing the parcel around . When we opened the parcel there was a lose part . I contacted customer service who came back and said don’t worry about it it just clips back on ? When you are paying over £2000 I would expect better packaging , delivery and customer service .

Phoned up tech support, spoke to customer service who said they would pass on my issue to tech support and they would phone me back , they never did, ended up getting support from a friend of a friend in I.T.
